Deloitte
The success of Deloitte’s early career recruitment team this year was fueled by creativity and innovation. The team embraced new technologies such as text-based recruiting and put on a diverse range of virtual events, allowing them to connect with top talent and provide a personalized candidate experience.

Epic
This year, Epic was able to preserve their in-person internship experience for interns while also taking their fall recruitment strategy fully virtual for the first time. With a virtual strategy, they have been able to attend over 100 virtual career fairs and recruiting events this fall at dozens of universities, and participated in several national events focused on diversity. With the onset of COVID-19 in the spring, EY was quick to decide to maintain their internship program in a new virtual format. Around the same time in the spring, they began preparing for the possibility of virtual fall recruitment. Their preparation allowed them to maintain a strategy where candidate interests were at the forefront of all decision making. Salesforce
In 2020, Futureforce – the Salesforce university recruiting team – embraced the opportunity to put on innovative and creative programming in our new virtual world. From hosting 700 interns in a successful virtual internship program to participating in more than 200 virtual events, Salesforce rose to the occasion to connect with talented students. This year, the SAP campus team had to constantly reinvent and reassess strategies – but never lost sight of the need to connect on a human basis. This year, UnitedHealth Group launched an expanded virtual internship program and kept their commitment to providing students the best possible experience at the forefront of their virtual recruitment strategy. 501 - 1000 early career hires annually


BMO
BMO expanded their student reach this year through their virtual roadshow ‘BMO Days,’ which enabled the team to connect with 64 campuses and reach over 1,600 students. The team also continued to share information with students authentically through their Campus Influencer program, which was made up of 70% BIPOC students this year. Burns & McDonnell

Credit Suisse
Credit Suisse hosted over 350 students this summer for their virtual internship program, formed new relationships with college campuses, hosted innovative events, and invested in mentorship programs to provide students with an engaging and informative recruiting experience from start to finish. Eaton
Eaton switched to a virtual internship and recruiting process this year, utilizing new technologies and integrating new events. Their hard work and creativity contributed to the company’s best-ever intern-to-full-time offer acceptance ratio of 97%. Lenovo
Lenovo hosted their first-ever 100% virtual recruiting season this year. Globally, the company has received a record-breaking number of applications for both university openings and virtual event participation. T-Mobile
T-Mobile held a fully virtual program this summer that was so successful the company plans on offering both a virtual and hybrid internship option for 2021. Additionally, innovation in the recruiting process has allowed T-Mobile recruiters to increase their campus reach by over 100%. Travelers
Travelers employees are anchored to what they refer to as The Travelers Promise: a commitment of care towards their customers, their communities and each other. These values were extremely evident this year as the Travelers' team planned a virtual internship program for over 400 interns and maintained an engaging recruiting experience all year long. Verizon
Verizon’s success was built on communication and connection this year, as the V-Team launched new events, partnerships, and processes for interns and candidates. A few accomplishments include hosting over 300 interns, attending over 80 fall events, and launching an Executive Engagement and Brand Ambassador Program. ALKU
ALKU made the most of the shift to virtual, putting on a standout remote internship program and attending 168 events including virtual Career Fairs, Guest Speaking Events, and Sales Competitions. AlphaSights’ early career team established a robust and engaging virtual recruiting strategy this year that included events like virtual info sessions, project workshops, and coffee chats. Anheuser-Busch
Anheuser-Busch's immersive 8-week summer program was adjusted to provide interns with the opportunity to work remotely while gaining real-world experience through projects, mentorship, and on-the-job learning and networking opportunities. Anheuser-Busch’s early career team also introduced a new recruiting program this year, integrating more interactive events that reached over 70,000 students across 49 states. Applied Materials implemented a virtual internship program this year, and pivoted quickly to virtual recruiting in the spring. Arcadis’ early career team successfully launched a virtual recruiting and internship program this year. By acting quickly and being resourceful, Arrive Logistics was able to successfully adapt their program to a virtual format that received rave reviews from their interns.
