Summer Internship Program

Each year, Trinity Property Consultants’ Internship and Future Leadership Program gives students the opportunity to practice real-world real estate. This year, Trinity Property Consultants made their program accessible to students by moving their internships to locations closest to their home. Keeping within CDC guidelines, Trinity Property Consultants’ early career team built out remote strategies for their client-facing interns, and interns were able to get additional hands-on experience from their community’s office, by implementing virtual property tours. They also added guest speakers to their weekly internship calls to allow students to learn about multiple parts of the business.

Virtual Recruitment

The Trinity team embraced the new online world and transformed their entire recruiting strategy to a virtual format. They utilized virtual information sessions and class/club talks to continue their employer branding efforts with students. To spread the word about the new virtual sessions, the Trinity team made sure to utilize social media.

Candidate Experience

Recognizing the uncertainty of the times, Trinity Property Consultants provided resources for candidates to help set expectations about their program. They even assembled a flipbook full of useful information about their Real Estate Management Internship & Future Leadership Program! Additionally, the team was prepared to answer any and all questions about their interview policies and procedures as related to COVID-19.

Diversity and Inclusion

Trinity Property Consultants is dedicated to helping build full representation in the housing industry, and the team built a specific strategy to build a robust pipeline of diverse early career talent. Trinity Property Consultant partnered with HSIs, HBCUs, and Universities that focus on 1st Forward Generation college students. Trinity also partners with Future Housing Leaders – an organization dedicated to connecting diverse students with jobs in the housing industry.
