How were the winners of the Campus Forward Awards selected?
Winning teams were selected through a robust application that included short answer and multiple choice selections on candidate experience, innovative recruitment strategies, approach to diversity recruiting, and internship & entry-level programs. Award-winning programs were carefully selected based on an assessment of these responses in comparison to companies in similar size categories.
What are the categories within the Campus Forward Awards and how were programs placed in these categories?
The Campus Forward Awards compares programs & team accomplishments of similar size – therefore, the categories are reflective of comparable early career program size. The 2024 categories are:
•Small Early Career Programs (85 or less early career hires)
•Mid-size Early Career Programs (86-175 early career hires)
•Large Early Career Programs (175-400 early career hires)
•Enterprise Early Career Programs (401+ early career hires)
Programs were placed into the appropriate category based on their response to the question asking about the number of interns & entry-level hires for the 2023-2024 season. If you believe you have been placed in the wrong category, please email awards@ripplematch.com so you can be placed in the correct category.
What are the media assets I will receive and how can I use them?
All award-winning programs will receive an individual 'company spotlight page' that highlights your accomplishments to share and promote. This page will highlight your three written paragraph submissions on the topic of recruitment strategies, candidate experience, D&I, internships, or entry-level programs. Winners will also receive a digital winner's badge and banner that signifies their status as a Campus Forward Award Winner. On January 3rd, this page will be updated with a winner's badge and banner that signifies your status as a Campus Forward Award Winner. Feel free to use the badges and banners however you choose. A few suggestions are to add them to your email signature, company website, or LinkedIn page!
When can I share our company page publicly?
You can begin sharing your company page once the list is publicly released on Wednesday, January 10th. The link to your page will not become available until 9am ET on Wednesday, January 10th to prevent accidental early sharing.
Can I share the full list of Campus Forward Award Winners, too?
Of course! Feel free to share the full list on your social media channels, which will become available on January 10th. Don't forget to tag @RippleMatch!
Does my team receive anything else for being recognized?
If you are the head of your program, you will receive a calendar invite for a virtual reception on January 10th to celebrate alongside other winners in your category! In this reception, we'll be sharing brand new data on aggregate recruitment benchmarking curated from the applications submitted in the Campus Forward Awards. There will also be small group breakout discussions following the data presentations. Once you receive the calendar invite, you will be able to invite your other team members as well.
What's included on my company's spotlight page?
We will go into more detail in the section below, but your company spotlight page is comprised of the short answer submissions you included in your application, as well as your company description and logo.

Your Invite to the Virtual Winner's Reception
To celebrate your accomplishments, the head of each award-winning program in this category and additional team members are invited to a virtual winner's reception on January 10th, 1:00pm-2:30pm ET. During this event, we'll be sharing some brand new benchmarking data on how top teams are approaching early career recruitment, and then break out into topic-based small group discussions to share ideas and network.
The reception will be split into two parts – the Campus Forward Award kickoff and data insights presentation from 1:00-1:30pm, and then discussion groups with other category winners from 1:45pm-2:30pm.
Your Company's Spotlight Page
Every company named as a Campus Forward Award Winner will have an individual company page that highlights your accomplishments to share and promote. The only company-specific information that will published is your company description and three written paragraph submissions on your recruitment strategies, candidate experience, D&I, internships, or entry-level programs. If you submitted more than 3 short answer submissions, we will select three. Your spotlight page will not reference any multiple choice answers selected for the application.
These pages will be published on the day the list is announced to the public, Wednesday, January 10th. You will find your shareable URL among the list of other companies in this category at the bottom of this page, to be added closer to the announcement.
The URL to your page is available in the section below so you can prepare for the announcement. However, it will not yet be live.
Your spotlight page will not go live until 9AM EST on January 10th. Please bookmark your link to share once the list is live.
