Standout Candidate Experience

HedgeServ has a high-touch approach to recruitment to ensure a positive candidate experience. Resumes are reviewed by a recruiter to choose the best candidates. and are dispositioned immediately, with an automated email alerting the candidate of the outcome. Candidates moving forward are contacted within 5 business days to set up an initial screening, where the candidate can learn more about the company and the role. It is also an opportunity for the recruiter to determine if another role would be a better fit. Candidates then typically go through one or two panel interviews and a decision is made. All of this is usually accomplished within a couple of weeks, depending on the candidate’s schedule.

HedgeServ is known for having the best trained people in the administration industry. This comes from a commitment to supporting every employee throughout their journey. As such, HedgServ seeks to hire the best and brightest. While technology, like RippleMatch, have helped their team identify a diverse pool of candidates, they operate in cities with huge diverse populations, and are building partnerships with HBCUs and HSIs. HedgeServ supports organizations that work to provide opportunities for and strengthen students from underrepresented groups. Most recently, the team at HedgeServ began to partner with a university’s neurodivergent program.

Impactful Internship Program

Internships at HedgeServ are learning opportunities with the ultimate goal that the student return after graduation. During their tenure, interns become part of the operation, performing specific tasks. They are assigned a “buddy” who helps guide them through their program. Unlike other companies, interns also have the opportunity to interact with and learn from members of senior leadership, including luncheons with the CEO and COO. Interns are also invited to attend monthly social activities sponsored by the firm.
