Beyond on-the-job training, entry-level hires participate in a streamlined onboarding process, ensuring both their immediate and future success within the organization. Participants in the 18-month Global Graduate Program at Swiss Re benefit from supplementary technical training and professional development. The program encompasses key elements such as impactful project assignments, job rotations, mentorship, networking events, and a blend of virtual and in-person trainings held at the corporate headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland. This holistic approach ensures that emerging career talent not only adapts swiftly but also thrives in their new roles.
