They are on campus providing classroom support with business partners within the company. The team attends several career fairs and follows up with each student they speak with and offer job shadows and tours of the Great West campus. Great West has adopted a Hybrid schedule to accommodate schedules and offer an effective work life balance. Great West prioritizes candidate experience by offering interview prep and finding answers to their questions in a time effective manner.
