AAM’s Talent Acquisition team is committed to attracting the sharpest, most creative minds in next generation of talent. As part of this commitment, AAM’s Talent Acquisition team embraces the use of digital technology and AI tools that engage talent and provide an exceptional candidate experience. The team uses technology such as Handshake to strengthen partnerships with universities and students. The team also uses augmented writing tools, Textio, to support inclusive messages to talent. To ensure a successful candidate experience, the team leverages GEM to invite candidates to career events and send automated follow ups to nurture talent pools.

AAM is dedicated to inspiring the next generation of leaders by providing opportunities for them to learn, develop and grow. AAM offers formal education opportunities to support personal and professional development such as: Effective Communication, Career Planning & Development, Productivity Skills, Building a Network, Interviewing Techniques, AAM Product Awareness, and Leadership Discussions. AAM’s Early Career Program aims to create diverse experiences for early career professionals such as Lunch with Leaders, Summer Mixers, Coffee Chats, volunteer opportunities at community events, Plant Tours, and Ride & Drive events.
