Standout Candidate Experience
Global Atlantic's team creates a positive candidate experience through a wide range of initiatives from initial contact through extending the offer. The teams ensures a clear and transparent communication, timely updates on the application status and interview processes. They provide thorough information on how to prepare for interviews and who the candidates will meet with. The interview process is streamlined over zoom with 4 interviewers maximum in a fair and engaging experience. Candidate experience is critical to everything the team does, ensuring that candidates have a positive experience with the brand.
Overarching Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion
It is critical that Global Atlantic has diverse representation in their internship program to bring in the next generation of talent. They recruit diverse talent by strategically partnering with national diversity organizations and with diverse student organizations to show what is possible in insurance and financial services. Once interns arrive, they are paired with mentors, exposed to Diversity Business Networks, and will participate in a DE&I Challenge.
Impactful Internship Program
Global Atlantic offers a best in class internship experience through a robust orientation, hands on training through our partnership with Wall Street Prep, mentorship program, weekly fireside chats with senior leaders, and a networking challenge. In addition, they offer a Day of Inclusion where interns participate in a community volunteering activity and social events aimed at network building. Global Atlantic also provide benefits and PTO to interns, a hybrid working environment, competitive compensation and a stipend for housing expenses. This results in a 85% return offer rate.
