Their university recruitment engagement strategies range from connecting with students through their early career recruitment platform, RippleMatch, to hosting virtual events that are open to all students across the country. Once students begin the interview process, the team at Rubrik provides a high-touch candidate experience, offering interview preparation sessions and continuous support to students at every step of the process.

Impactful Internship Program
Rubrik provides an opportunity for early-career talent to translate their education and life experiences into meaningful and impactful hands-on professional learning. Over twelve weeks, interns become integral team members, contributing to challenging projects while fully immersing themselves in the Rubrik community. This past summer, interns at Rubrik were exposed to a variety of events, ranging from a company-wide meet-and-greet, a Professional Development Workshop series (including sessions like “Navigating the Corporate Space While Being Your Most Authentic Self”), and volunteering events such as a local beach clean-up. These programs and initiatives are part of Rubrik’s commitment and investment in early career talent, leading to an 80% full-time conversion rate (and a 100% offer acceptance rate!).
