At TechStyleOS, the early career talent team works in tandem with the Diversity & Inclusion team to champion diverse and fair hiring practices for internships and entry-level roles. Their dedication to diversity and inclusion is evident in four essential initiatives: integrating multiculturalism into the corporate fabric through Employee Resource Groups, formulating strategies to attract and retain diverse talent, actively engaging historically underrepresented communities, and advocating for the health and well-being of all.
Impactful Internship Program
Internships at TechStyleOS defy convention, offering participants a distinctive experience that immerses them in diverse functional areas throughout the organization. Interns actively contribute to impactful business projects and undertake individual capstone projects during their tenure. Engaging in professional skill-building workshops facilitated by internal subject matter experts, interns also benefit from coffee chats and lunch & learns with executive leaders. The program fosters connections among interns through dynamic social events. Additionally, interns receive guidance from a dedicated mentor, engaging in regular touch-base sessions to discuss project feedback, identify areas for growth and development, and more.
