You’ll see all the information you’d like to know about a candidate when reviewing them for an interview!
When RippleMatch users sign up for the platform, they fill out a variety of data points to complete their profile. Each candidate has a candidate card displaying their information.
The candidate card includes:

highlights from their resume (contact information, school, graduation date, majors, GPA, work and internship experiences, leadership experiences from clubs and organizations, skills, etc.)

access to candidates' socials, websites, and more. Many candidates opt into linking their LinkedIn profiles and photo

visibility to their work authorization status and whether or not they’ll need sponsorship.

RippleMatch fit score, which uses the data points to help qualify candidates

The best part is that this information is consistently laid out on each candidate card so that you can scan them with ease as you review your matches.
Candidate cards also show the source of the candidate. The candidate below was AutoMatch, but, these tags will show all of your different sources (LinkedIn, Organic Candidates, Referrals, etc.).
Additionally, for every role that a candidate has been matched with, they’ll fill out screening questions specific to that opportunity.
You’ll be able to see a candidate’s responses, such as why they’re interested in your role or your company. This is where you will also find their resume, values, transcript, and notes from your Customer Success Manager.
