Scheduling a Chat

Once a recruiter sends a candidate an invitation to a Chat post-event, candidates will receive an email prompting them to schedule time.

Upon clicking the “Schedule a Chat” button in the email, candidates will be taken to a booking page. This booking page will display the available times and dates based on the synced calendar and additional blocks of unavailable time selected.

After a candidate selects a date and time, both the recruiter and candidate will receive a confirmation email. This Chat will automatically be added to the recruiter and candidate’s calendar.
