Who will appear in my Communities?

All of the candidates within your Communities have interacted with your company in some way. Here are the five ways candidates are added to your talent network:

• Candidates who apply to a role on RippleMatch

• Candidates who RSVP or attend an Event on RippleMatch

• Candidates who join a Public Community (or private community if a link has been shared with them)

• Candidates you have imported into the system using the CSV import

• Candidates who received a direct link to the Community
