Where to Find Candidates After Selecting Advance to Interview or Reject

After you’ve taken action on candidates in your AutoMatch Feed, you can find them in the Track section of the specific role you were sourcing for.

Candidates you have been introduced to will fall under one of the Pipeline stages, and you can move them through the various stages as they progress through your interview process. Candidates you’ve rejected will fall into the "View Rejected" category in the top-right corner of the pipeline.

If your ATS is directly integrated and two-way with RippleMatch, candidates will automatically be moved in Track as you move them in your ATS. If your ATS is not integrated or is one way, you can move candidates in your RippleMatch portal or request that your customer success manager move them on your behalf.
