What happens when I click "Advance to Interview" on a candidate card?
When you want to move forward with a candidate, you’ll click the "Advance to Interview" button.
That will trigger an automatic email from your Customer Success Manager, CC’ing both you and the candidate. This email lets the candidate know you’d like to move forward with their candidacy and indicates the next steps in the process, which is usually a first-round interview. You can work with your Customer Success Manager to adjust the language that aligns with your hiring process.
