What do I do if I see a candidate through AutoMatch who is already in our interview process?
You can reject that candidate and a new screen should appear asking you to select if you would like to send a rejection email. If you’d prefer, you can reject them without an email by selecting ‘Do not send rejection email’. We also recommend letting that candidate know you saw them on RippleMatch and to continue in your process separately if they’re still in your process.
This doesn’t tend to happen often, but if this is happening a lot, you can let your account manager know. Your account manager can find a more permanent solution to resolve the issue.
