What are boosters?

Your boosters determine how much each candidate's characteristic should impact your algorithm. You will use boosters together with hard filters. Hard filters will take into account any must-haves, and then boosters will take care of the rest to surface the right candidates.

The characteristics that boosters help with include:

• Core schools

• GPA

• Varsity Athletics

• SAT/ACT score

• Major

• Internships

• Internship prestige

• Leadership

• Diversity

You should rank each booster so that what’s most important to you is reflected in your search.
