As we continue to broaden the scope of notifications we send to recruiters, we also recognize the importance of providing you with a way to customize and control these notifications. That's why we're excited to introduce our redesigned Notifications Preference page.
What's New?
Recruiters have the ability to control individual notifications within categories. This means you can receive exactly the type of notifications you want, and opt out of the ones you don't need.
How Does It Work?
We offer three types of notifications that you can toggle on and off:

Candidate Reminders: Time In Review - We'll send you email reminders when you have candidates who have been awaiting your review for one week.

Candidate Packages: Candidate Package - We'll send you information on the candidates you are introduced to by RippleMatch.

Reports: Weekly Digest - We'll send you email reminders when you have candidates waiting for your review.
To manage these notifications, follow these simple steps:

Navigate to the menu bar on the upper right-hand on the screen and select Settings.

Select Notifications on the left-hand side under My Account.

Simply click on the toggle switch next to the notification you want to manage. When the switch is in the 'On' position, you'll receive the notification. If you switch it 'Off', you'll stop receiving that particular notification.

Click Save to ensure settings are updated.
With our notifications settings, you have full control over what information you receive from us. We hope this helps you better manage your recruitment process.
