First, double-check your profile's completeness and ensure you’ve included crucial details you’d like recruiters to review. Next, review your Preferences as they should reflect the ideal role you have in mind. You can reach out to a team member to review your profile for additional support.
Keep your algorithm calibrated by marking ‘Not Interested’ on roles you're uninterested in, which can be undone through your profile. Remember to give consideration to these opportunities before marking them not interested as they may offer an alternative career route which may be useful later down the line.
