The RippleMatch algorithm utilizes the information on your profile to match you with opportunities in our network, and although our network is vast, it doesn’t come without limitations.
Keep your algorithm calibrated by marking ‘Not Interested’ on roles you know will not work out for you. You can always undo this choice and apply through the Roles page if you change your mind. You can also consider the opportunities you’re matching with as they may offer an alternative career route which may be useful later down the line.
