Campaigns are a powerful tool that allow you to strategically engage with members of each Community!

Begin by selecting the Community you would like to contact

Click the blue “New Campaign” button in the top right corner

Determine what type of Campaign you would like to send to this Community

Invite to Apply - Allows you to quickly invite ideal candidates to apply for an open role on RippleMatch

Invite to Event - Allows you to quickly invite warm lead candidates to attend an upcoming event you are hosting on RippleMatch

Create Campaign from Scratch - Allows you to craft your own email sequence to share information and strategically engage with candidates

If you select “Invite to Apply” or “Invite to Event” the system will prompt you to select the appropriate option before proceeding to the email preview and customization screen

Once you reach the email preview screen, you can review and customize

Select Exclusion Criteria when applicable or uncheck options that do not apply to your particular email campaign

Set the date and time a campaign should begin

Review and edit any of the text within each email

Establish an “end sequence” condition if applicable - if a candidate applies or RSVPs using a link in your email, they will not receive any remaining follow up emails.

Finally select “Save Changes” to save and schedule your campaign!

If you select “Create Campaign from Scratch” you will be taken to the email preview and customization screen immediately

Custom Campaigns can have as many steps as you would like - you can tailor the content in each message to align with your outreach goals!

Set the number of days between each message

Establish an “end sequence” condition if applicable - if a candidate applies or RSVPs using a link in your email, they will not receive any remaining follow up emails.

Finally select “Save Changes” to save and schedule your campaign!
