How do I know candidates are still active on RippleMatch and that their information is up-to-date?
Since candidates must opt-in to every opportunity, you can trust that your matches will have recently received a RippleMatch marketing email about your role and indicated their interest.
If a candidate has secured a job or internship, they are encouraged to indicate that they’re no longer looking and we deactivate their profile until they’re ready to look for their next opportunity.
Additionally, to help ensure information is up-to-date, our software periodically asks students to update their profiles and resumes.
