There are two methods of account deletion that will erase all the data you've shared with us. You may sign in to your account and delete from your profile, or submit a request to our virtual support desk help@ripplematch.com.
To delete your account from your profile:
- Open the dashboard menu by clicking the three lines at the top right corner of your screen and select settings
- Under the Account tab, click the ‘Delete your profile’ button at the bottom of the page.
- Confirm your email address in the pop-up prompt to delete your account. Your account will be permanently deleted and you'll be routed to the RippleMatch sign in page. This action cannot be undone.
