How do I delete my RippleMatch account?

Whether you found the role you were looking for, or the platform simply didn’t work out for you, we’re grateful you gave us a shot!

You must be logged in to delete your account. If you’re having trouble logging in, please reset your password, or contact our support team at help@ripplematch.com for assistance.

 

To delete your account:

  • Open the dashboard menu by clicking the three lines at the top right corner of your screen
  • Select Settings
  • Under the Account tab, click the ‘Delete your profile’ button at the bottom of the page.
  • Confirm your email address in the pop-up prompt to delete your account. You'll then be routed to the Ripplematch sign in and your account will be permanently deleted
