Changing the Algorithm/Hiring Survey after Implementation and Setup

Absolutely! Not only will you have feedback calls with your Customer Success Manager, during which you can discuss any tweaks you’d like to see, but you can actually go in and edit the role yourself. This is good for fine-tuning things like increasing or decreasing the desired GPA.

Click on the role you would like to edit, and then click the pencil icon at the top-right corner.

Keep in mind if you are making any changes to your AutoMatch algorithm, it's a good idea to reach out to your Customer Success Manager and let them know.

Any changes that are made should typically be reflected in the following week’s batch of matches.
