      What does a notification from the Action Needed tab mean?

      Find out how to complete pending actions on your application

      Every company on RippleMatch uses the platform a little bit differently! Depending on the company you were connected with, you might need to complete additional tasks to advance in their interview process.

      Some will require further steps such as:

      • CodeSignal/HackerRank assessment

      • Filling out an application on the company’s website

      • Scheduling an interview using another site (e.g., Calendly)

      You will receive notifications in two ways:

      1. you'll also receive an introduction email from the recruiters - look for the keywords “next steps with” on the email subject line for your instructions
      2. in the Action Needed tab under the My Roles section of your RippleMatch dashboard.
        1. Let us know if you've completed the next steps by checking the 'I've completed my next steps' box at the bottom of the role card 



       

      Note: Not all companies require additional steps. If your action needed tab is empty you’re all set to go! Please contact support if you're unable to access your next steps or cannot mark them complete at help@ripplematch.com.
