Whether you changed your mind, or are trying to undo an accidental withdrawal, you’ll need to reach out to our support team to undo your withdrawal.
First, ensure that your application was withdrawn by reviewing the Withdrawn folder on your Roles page.
- click the My Roles page at the top center of the dashboard
- click Applied and scroll to the bottom of the page
- click the View Withdrawn button to see the entire list of roles you’ve withdrawn from
If you withdrew, request to reaccess the application at help@ripplematch.com. Please include the role title, employer, and reason for withdrawal in your request. Then, support will move your application to the In Progress or Applied tab so long as the company you applied to doesn't have restrictions. Withdrawing from a company with restrictions may prevent you from reversing this action, as they accept just one application per year. Restrictions for these types of employers are stated in the company's role card on the left-hand side of the For You dashboard.
