Make changes to your account address using one of these 4 methods
You can update the email associated with your account at any time. Please review the following instructions and adhere to the ones most closely aligned with your situation.
- If you're a new user and can't verify your email due to a typo, contact our support team at help@ripplematch.com
- Remove or update your Google Sign-in Information

- All other updates can be performed by taking the following steps
- Click the three lines at the top right corner of your dashboard and select Settings
- Update your email at the bottom of your account settings page as signaled with a red arrow below
- Then click the Save Preferences button at the bottom of the page
- A verification will be delivered to the inbox of the updated address. Please click the verification link to complete your update
How to remove your Google Sign-in information:
First, remove RippleMatch's access to your Gmail account by unlinking your Google Sign-in from our platform. Follow the instructions in this Google FAQ article to perform this action: Manage connections between your Google Account and third Parties
After RippleMatch is removed from your third-party apps and services list on your Google account, request an email update to our support team (help@ripplematch.com) and include the address you'd like to use instead. Our support team will verify your account ownership, update the email address, and send a you temporary password so you can log in. Remember to update your password immediately after logging in with your new credentials.
Error message when updating your email:
If you experienced an error message when trying to update your email address, verify if you already have an account associated with that address by resetting your password here. Our platform doesn't merge accounts so you will need to delete or update the address on that account to utilize the email for a different account.
