Eightfold AI intelligently matches candidates with roles aligned to their skills and career aspirations, streamlining the recruitment process. Additionally, the new ICIMS video feature allows candidates to record responses to five behavioral questions at their convenience, providing a comfortable and flexible interview experience. Zebra’s Global Internship program provides early career talent cross-functional experiences in a 12-week program. This internship allows students to glean professional and career skills through opportunities including: our new ProfessionalU series (skill-based workshops), Executive Leadership Fireside Chats, and Zebra's hallmark Innovation tournament.
