Excellence in Internship Programming

The WWT Internship Program places college students in roles aligned to their field of study, allowing them to gain hands-on experience supported by a dedicated manager and mentor while participating in a full-time, paid internship experience. The program curriculum provides interns time to learn about the company’s history & culture and develop professional skills, both comprehensive and specific to their department through instructor-led trainings. A collaborative capstone project connects interns from various departments, and an intern alumni network and dedicated associate programs help participants hit the ground running in full-time roles at WWT. Additionally, the internship program allows full-time team members to hone their leadership skills through managerial and mentorship support, helping establish the next generation of leaders at WWT.
