Workiva leverages advanced tools and strategies to continuously enhance its hiring and internship programs. Automated responses ensure timely communication with candidates after they apply. ChatGPT supports crafting inclusive and engaging job descriptions, while Workiva's AI capabilities streamline data sharing with hiring managers and leadership. A new Intern New Hire Community, built in-house via Workiva Support, fosters engagement and belonging by offering resources and connections for incoming interns early on. The company utilizes Yello for event management and interview day sign-ups but is exploring new technology to further upgrade these processes.
