Standout Candidate Experience

At Vitech, it is important that early career talent has a positive candidate experience. From initial contact to offer letter, or rejection letter, the Vitech team checks in with candidates and makes sure they have the information that they need about Vitech for interviews and any follow up that is needed. Vitech strives to have open and transparent communication so candidates know where they are in the process. Vitech also aims to communicate with all candidates, whether Vitech interviewed them or not for a role.

Innovative Use of Technology

With such a small program, Vitech aims to leverage technology like RippleMatch to reach as many candidates as they can when hiring for fulltime and/or interns. Whether Vitech is sourcing, holding an event or looking to connect, using technology and incorporating AI into the process enables Vitech to be more efficient. Leveraging new and innovative technology has and will allow Vitech to ensure that the candidate experience for the team and the candidate is smooth.

Growth and Development of the Next Generation of Talent

Vitech aims to ensure that new college hires feel apart of the company from day one. Vitech does this with training, mentorship and career development. All college hires have a 6 week training period, 2 in person with the training and development team and 4 virtual with assignments due each week. Vitech also enrolls new hires into a mentorship program with 3-4 peers and 2 mentors from the development and solutions sides of the company. During this year long program, Vitech holds monthly meetings with different departments so the new hires know the impact their role plays not only on their team, but in the company. Vitech also checks in with their managers to see if there are skills they need to refine or learn. Lastly, Vitech discusses the career paths college hires can take at Vitech and help them network to achieve the skills needed to put them on the path to reaching that career goal.
