Excellence in Early Career Recruitment Strategy
The Visa Early Careers team redefined talent acquisition through bold, inclusive strategies. Over the past year, the team built 40+ new relationships with leading computer science programs while embracing alternative pipelines such as military talent and digital platforms like RippleMatch. Leveraging data insights and senior leader collaboration, Visa launched new global programs, including an Early Careers Sales Development program, and expanded existing programs to London and Dubai. To elevate technology hiring, Visa's sourcing team introduced innovative candidate experiences, including hackathons, ERG-led summits, and virtual workshops, showcasing Visa’s culture and strengthening skills. These efforts positioned Visa as a global leader in early career recruitment.
