By integrating community service projects alongside data-driven burnout prevention workshops, the team highlights Verizon’s commitment to social impact and employee well-being.The results reflect a standout candidate experience: the event earned a 97% satisfaction rate among 117 student attendees, with 81% applying for roles afterward. Furthermore, 100% of the 43 administrators recommended Verizon as a top-tier employer, proving that this immersive, purpose-driven approach successfully builds a robust and inspired talent pipeline.
