Crew’s campus recruitment program employs various strategies to build brand awareness, source, and hire candidates. Crew proactively creates and shares content to social media to support candidates’ job search processes, making us a partner from the beginning of their search. Strategic campaigns are used to reach students across the country that meet our geographical, skill, and experience hiring needs. The team builds deep partnerships with career centers to host on-campus events, creating opportunities to meet candidates in-person in addition to career fairs. Crew also hosts school-agnostic virtual recruitment events that allow candidates nationally to join and gain insight into Crew and additional benefits such as resume reviews and early career advice.

Excellence in Candidate Experience

The Crew campus recruiting team is acutely focused on ensuring candidates have positive experiences working with Crew. During each step of the hiring process, from meeting on campus to an offer, candidates can expect a turnaround time within one week. Throughout this process, candidates are given access to one-pagers on the Crew program that cover topics like benefits, training, and engagement opportunities. During a second-round group interview, campus recruiters review Turnberry Solutions and Crew’s place in the market and explain what career growth looks like with Crew. The offer process also boasts an opportunity to speak with current Crew consultants. All of this is done with transparency, timeliness, and genuine enthusiasm for candidates’ potential.

Excellence in DE&I

Crew is committed to building diverse talent pools, fostering inclusive communities, and ensuring equitable hiring processes. Crew has established a strong national recruiting presence, engaging with 452 universities, including six Historically Black Colleges and Universities. Building on these connections, the team sends strategic hiring campaigns to students across the country that have self-identified themselves as part of an underrepresented group. These messages invite the students to apply and interview with the team prior to other hiring events taking place, effectively prioritizing diverse candidates. The organization also leans on its expertise in resumes and interviewing to host quarterly recruiting events for marginalized groups to elevate their job search process. Upon joining the company, talent is supported through ERGs, quarterly DE&I training, education resources, and robust benefits.
