During each step of the hiring process, from meeting on campus to an offer, candidates can expect a turnaround time within one week. Throughout this process, candidates are given access to one-pagers on the Crew program that cover topics like benefits, training, and engagement opportunities. During a second-round group interview, campus recruiters review Turnberry Solutions and Crew’s place in the market and explain what career growth looks like with Crew. The offer process also boasts an opportunity to speak with current Crew consultants. All of this is done with transparency, timeliness, and genuine enthusiasm for candidates’ potential.

One of Turnberry Solutions – Crew’s core values is inclusion. The campus recruiting team recognizes and capitalizes on their unique ability to bring in high volumes of diverse talent through their hiring engine. To do this, the team sends strategic hiring campaigns to students across the country who have self-identified as part of an underrepresented group. These messages invite students to apply and interview with the team prior to any other hiring events – which allows the Crew team to effectively prioritize diverse candidates. The organization also leans on its expertise in resumes and interviewing to host quarterly recruiting events specifically for marginalized groups to elevate their job search processes. Upon joining the company, consultants are supported through ERGs, quarterly DE&I training, education resources, and robust benefits.

Growth and Development of the Next Generation of Talent

Since 2011, Turnberry Solutions – Crew has honed the craft of attracting, training, and retaining young professionals to cultivate their careers as future leaders. New campus hires spend their first two weeks learning the basics of IT project delivery and what it means to be a consultant. Beyond this, consultants have access to multiple professional development courses each month, free certifications, technical academies, and self-study guides to consistently upskill and grow their careers. Crew consultants are also supported through career coaching from Crew managers, whose role revolves around ensuring success for entry-level consultants. The culture is one of collaboration, and community is created not only in every day meaningful client project work, but also during quarterly in-person social events, monthly national connections, and volunteer events.
