Given their school-agnostic model, this yielded an intern class represented by students from over 165 colleges and universities. Additionally, Travelers has embraced partnering with other companies to present to students simultaneously so they can maximize their time by hearing from multiple organizations at one singular event.

At Travelers, candidate experience is paramount, which is why their Campus Recruiters engage with candidates in a timely manner, dedicate time for Q&A and provide pre-interview prep/materials all while keeping open and transparent lines of communication from their initial introduction to the onboarding stage.
