Backed by her rockstar team, Traci leads strategy enabling the attraction, engagement, acquisition, and nurturing of diverse, collegiate talent for PepsiCo’s U.S. Early Talent Program. She also leads the PepsiCo Foundation S.M.I.L.E. Scholarship, providing Black and Hispanic community college students with funding, mentorship, and professional development, as they transition to a 4-year college or university to earn a Bachelor’s degree. Prior to this role, Traci led multiple facets of talent management as an HR Business Partner for Central and North Florida Beverage Operations. She was recruited through PepsiCo’s Campus Program herself, and is passionate about helping others build their dream career.

Career Highlight

"This year, I led my team to develop new relationships with internal stakeholders and external community-based organizations, to further enhance our employer brand and amplify attraction to a diverse candidate pool. We deepened our relationship with HBCUs, HSIs, and National Diversity Organizations, hosting both in-person and virtual events infused with culturally relevant music, food, games and content. We received rave reviews on these events from candidates, faculty, and administration alike, recognizing these activations as differentiators, and a valuable addition to our existing commitments."
