The goal at TMHCC is to leverage the intern class to hire most full-time Analysts and Associates. Some interns may find themselves returning to school with a full-time offer. The Intern Enrichment Program helps interns connect with other TMHCC employees virtually or on-site for networking, building rapport, and staying engaged. In addition to the technical skills gained in their day-to-day work, the Enrichment Program allows them to develop power skills such as self-awareness and relationship management, prioritization, negotiation, communication, collaboration, and a growth mindset.
