Tina Nelson Talent Specialist, Glanbia Nutritionals
Tina Nelson is a Talent Specialist at Glanbia Nutritionals. In her role, Tina is responsible for recruiting early career talent and then developing relaltionships with the graduates and interns to identify career goals, ensure engagement and solicit program feedback. Tina has a strong passion for the Glanbia Early Career program and is dedicated to recruiting young professionals to join the team and build a strong bench for future leadership roles.
Career Highlight
Tina had extremely strong contributions in 2020 for the Early Career team and Talent Acquisition team. She has been a critical resource as the company grows the Early Career program. The improvements and initiatives added would not have been possible without her creativity, drive, and overall strong work ethic. She has taken on added responsibility with the TA team and embraces challenges head on.
