The Emerging Talent team empowers interns to realize their potential in a collaborative and supportive environment, treating them as true peers while challenging them to excel. Over the 12-week program, interns are assigned a direct manager and mentor as they work on high-profile projects that support the company's growing categories both within their department and cross-functionally. Additionally, interns participate in professional development and networking events, coffee with the CEO, a dodgeball tournament, volunteering with local nonprofits, and engaging with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). The program concludes with anchor presentations to departmental leadership, and interns are eligible to receive a full-time job or returning internship offer.
