The T-Mobile Early in Career Recruiting Team posts individual job descriptions for each internship it offers, rather than generic high-level postings that lack project & team details. Each team that will host an intern must submit specific details about the work that will be done, allowing candidates to prepare specific questions around their project if selected for an interview. Candidates interview directly with the team for which they are being considered, instead of someone that they may never interact with during their internship. Impactful Internship Program

T-Mobile’s internship program is an immersive experience into real-life business operations for high schoolers, undergraduate students, and recent grads. Each intern is a full-fledged member of their team, responsible for deliverables that move the business forward. Supported by leadership and their assigned mentor, interns are empowered to drive their ideas forward. Weekly social hours, executive speaker series, baseball games, and a myriad of networking events fortify camaraderie for intern program participants. At the end of the summer, each intern presents their Impact Presentation to their executive leaders, gaining valuable feedback on their accomplishments.
