Stacy Croff is the Senior University Program Manager at SRS Distribution, a nationwide building products distribution company, and has been on their university team for over six years. Stacy is responsible for developing and implementing university recruiting tactics for SRS’ summer internship and management trainee (MIT) and MBA Leadership Development programs. Stacy networks heavily with student organizations, career centers and professors to educate them on opportunities with SRS Distribution. She also runs the internship program each summer. Stacy is passionate about introducing students to the lucrative opportunities within building products distribution.
Career Highlight
Stacy has been crucial in helping to grow the programs she recruits for by scaling the university recruiting tactics to include additional majors and universities and identifying technology that would help increase the reach of the University team to more potential candidates. Unlike some companies, SRS Distribution increased the number of management trainees during the pandemic, which required jumping feet first into virtual recruiting through platforms like RippleMatch and hosting virtual social events in addition to virtual career fairs.
