Excellence in Internship Programming

The Spectrum Internship Program is a key component of Spectrum’s talent strategy. The program is designed to provide students with real-world projects that can have an impact on the company and our customers while honing the skills necessary for the students to succeed in their careers. The Internship Program is a paid, 10-week program. The program is broken down into an 80/20 split. 80% of the time, interns are working on hands-on projects and assignments related to their field of study and related to the telecommunications and media industries. The other 20% of the program is comprised of programming with the intent to broaden professional understanding, encourage the interns' sense of accomplishment and fuel career development.
