Information sessions cover unique topics like "Developing Your Personal Brand" to further engage and develop talent. Additionally, SoCalGas offers scholarships to high school students, current interns, and students at community colleges and trade schools.

The program also awards 10 scholarships annually to current interns, and provides access to SoCalGas University for continuous skill enhancement. Additionally, financial support for certifications further empowers interns to advance their careers.
