Excellence in Early Career Recruitment Strategy
The recruitment team at Signify focuses on delivering a positive candidate experience through a focus on helping candidates learn about the variety of roles available, supporting candidates throughout the interview process, and preparing them for interviews with different members of our Signify team. By having a presence on local campuses through connections with university offices and clubs, in addition to virtual outreach to both local and non-local schools, students learn about Signify and can join the Talent Community before even applying to a role. The positive experience continues when students check out the website and job postings, which include compensation and benefits and a recruiter personally reviewing each candidate that applies, in addition to reaching out to students about our company and internship program. The candidate experience focus continues throughout the interview process through their focus on prepping candidates through their conversations and we include tips and tricks to help them feel confident and supported by the team when speaking with their interviewers. After interviewing, each candidate receives a survey so Signify as a recruitment team knows how they could improve their process.
Innovation in Action
The Signify campus team has incorporated technology in order to increase their brand awareness on college campuses and improve their outreach and representation across the United States. This includes hosting virtual events to cater to students in different locations and allow them to meet Signify employees and experience the company culture. Through improving outreach across the United States, Signify has been able to partner with more universities, and reach students at more state and local schools. In addition, Signify uses AI powered interview scheduling to allow candidates the autonomy to schedule their own interviews, re-schedule if a conflict arises, get a quicker response when moving forward, and get a glimpse into Signify's innovation centered culture.
Excellence in Candidate Experience
The recruitment team at Signify prides itself on delivering a positive candidate experience to all applicants and ensuring they feel supported throughout the recruitment process. This is done through each student being reviewed personally by a recruiter and being provided with timely feedback on whether or not they will be moving forward in the process. In addition, the recruiters at Signify are well-versed in the different open roles at the company and can provide information about other roles candidates may be interested in and pass along their information to other teams. Throughout the process, the team ensures the student feels supported, and the candidates learn more about the role, the company, and the company culture. Before meeting with the hiring manager, candidates are provided with tips and tricks to help prepare them for the interview and give them a few tips and tricks, and recruiters assist in making sure the student feels confident and prepared for their interview. At the end of the process, candidates are sent a survey to detail their experience and give feedback on how the team can improve.
