Excellence in Recruitment Strategies
The recruitment team at Signify emphasizes delivering a positive candidate experience by helping candidates learn about available roles, supporting them throughout the interview process, and preparing them for interviews with Signify team members. This begins with posting openings and personally reviewing each application, as well as proactively reaching out to students about the company and internship program. The focus on candidate experience continues during the interview process through preparatory conversations that include tips and tricks to help candidates feel confident and supported. Following interviews, each candidate receives a survey, allowing the recruitment team to gather feedback and improve the process.
Excellence in Tech Innovation
The Signify campus team has incorporated technology to increase brand awareness on college campuses and enhance outreach and representation across the United States. This includes hosting virtual events to connect with students in various locations, allowing them to engage with Signify employees and experience the company culture. By improving outreach nationwide, Signify has partnered with more universities and expanded its reach to students at additional state and local schools.
Excellence in Candidate Experience
The recruitment team at Signify prides itself on delivering a positive candidate experience to all applicants and ensuring they feel supported throughout the recruitment process. This is done through each student being reviewed personally by a recruiter and being provided with timely feedback on whether or not they will be moving forward in the process. Throughout the process, the team ensures the student feels supported, and the candidates learn more about the role, the company, and the company culture. Before meeting with the hiring manager, candidates are provided with tips and tricks to help prepare them for the interview. At the end of the process, candidates are sent a survey to detail their experience and give feedback on how the team can improve.
Excellence in Internship Programming
The Signify Internship Program offers interns the opportunity to learn and grow under the mentorship of their managers and teams, while hosting a variety of events both for networking and professional development to interns each season. Interns are supported by their managers, mentors, and diverse teams from day one and are given the opportunity to work on projects that are both meaningful and impactful to the business. Students are also given the opportunity to attend events with international company leadership through speaker series, HR and Talent Acquisition members through how to development sessions, hear from early career talent during intern conversion panels, and improve their skills and networking ability through a variety of other sessions hosted by the campus team. Each season wraps up with each intern presenting on their unique experience and accomplishments to their team, leadership, HR, and other employees at Signify.
