The Early Talent team evaluates metrics such as hires per organization, year-over-year growth, job profiles needed, rolling retention rates, universities represented, total hires from each university, and sources of these hires to determine where to focus recruiting efforts. These insights inform various execution strategies throughout the recruiting year, including in-person and virtual career fairs, company info sessions, webinars, digital and social media marketing, classroom guest lectures from alumni, and more. Candidate experience remains central to the recruiting process, from application to day one, as the team strives to provide a white-glove service. After joining, SharkNinja’s Outrageously Extraordinary culture ensures a 5-star experience for all early talent associates.

SharkNinja aims to give students from all walks of life the opportunity to kick start their career in the field of their choosing.
