The Campus Recruitment team has proactively engaged with diverse talent by hosting both in-person and virtual events at a range of colleges and universities. Understanding that top candidates have numerous career options, the team organized several school-agnostic virtual information sessions. During these sessions, former interns acted as ambassadors, sharing their personal experiences and insights, while also providing valuable guidance on best practices throughout the recruitment process.

Santander’s internship program empowers interns by offering the opportunity to work on real business projects that directly contribute to the organization’s goals, while also providing an inclusive and engaging experience. The program is carefully structured to offer interns comprehensive training and support as they navigate their roles, while also providing exposure to both peers and senior leaders across the organization.
