The Red Bull Emerging Programs Team values and prioritizes a premium candidate experience. They use tools like RippleMatch for quick response times and to reach a wide range of candidates, including those from diverse communities. Another way that the team embraces technology is through Forage, a virtual job-simulation tool that allows participants to experience a “day-in-the-life” of different roles and further equips candidates for interview readiness. By leveraging, pre-recorded video interviews as the initial step in their interview process, the team allows candidates to introduce themselves, and articulate their experiences and future ambitions. This approach provides a deeper understanding of each candidate’s qualifications beyond a simple resume review, even with a high volume of applications.

Impactful Internship Program

The Red Bull Internship Program is designed to transform talents learned from the classroom into hands-on experience working for a global brand. Interns are empowered to work on projects that contribute to the company’s goals. The full-time nature of the Summer Internship Program allows interns to fully immerse themselves into the experience and be seen as essential members of their teams. The program includes events for professional development and fostering a sense of belonging and culture within the organization. These events include social gatherings, workshops on resume building and interviewing, panels with Red Bull’s Talent Acquisition team, and more; all aimed at equipping interns with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the pursuit of their next opportunity.
