Rebecca is the Senior Manager of Campus & Pipeline Programs at Raymond James & Associates. She is responsible for recruiting early talent for the firm's Internship and Full Time Developmental Programs. Prior to joining Raymond James, she spent more than 12 years in Talent Acquisition at other financial services organizations. Today, Rebecca finds tremendous satisfaction in helping students shape their careers while building a diverse & inclusive workforce at the firm.

Despite an ever-changing pandemic landscape during Fall of 2021, Rebecca and her team were able to build meaningful relationships in person, and virtually, with institutional partners and students. She navigated hybrid campus recruitment to achieve the firm's early talent goals for Summer of 2022.
