Publicis Media's Early Careers team employs an innovative, inclusive approach to sourcing and recruiting internship talent. Partnerships with respected HBCUs, HSIs, student-run clubs, community colleges, and transitioning veteran organizations foster connections with diverse candidates. Virtual and on-site internship information sessions offer insights into the company’s flexible culture and comprehensive training opportunities. These monthly virtual sessions provide an overview of the internship experience and recruitment process, while on-site events allow participants to engage with employees and gain a deeper understanding of the office environment. A streamlined three-step process—application, phone screen, and final interview—ensures candidates receive timely updates throughout. The hybrid work model, which includes three in-office and two remote workdays, highlights flexibility and work-life balance.

Excellence in Internship Programming

The Publicis Media internship program offers an impactful experience, immersing intern talent in a specific media practice area and client team. Interns are tasked with a summer-long project while contributing to daily team operations, gaining hands-on experience in the media industry. Beyond client work, programming focuses on business etiquette and professional development, complemented by lunch-and-learns with seasoned media professionals. Regular networking opportunities through business resource groups and company events foster connections and community. Interns who receive positive performance reviews earn rehire-eligible status, enabling an expedited interview process for future full-time roles.
